Product description

Information

Indexing plunger latch mechanisms GN 416 are operated by an axial pulling of the latch lever. This kind of operation from the top side is advantageous in certain installation situations.

The plunger pins of type S are engaged in the housing to prevent rotation, and therefore lock in the starting position but not the retracted position. Types R1 and L1 offer a locking function in the starting as well as in the retracted position, preventing unintentional operation. A lock notch holds the latch lever in both positions.

The fastening range is designed so that washers ISO 7092 can be used.

In addition to using metric fasteners for mounting:

where b₄ = 5.4 mm, #10-32 socket cap screws can be used
where b₄ = 6.4 mm, #1/4-20 socket cap screws can be used
