Vertical acting toggle clamps GN 813 are used for applications where a very high holding force is required, such as closing of foam molds.
These clamps have been designed for easy dismantling: i.e. the bearing pins are locked with circlips.
After dismantling the individual parts, they can be modified to suit individual applications. Because these clamps have the ability to be welded, they provide the fixture designer the flexibility of using a standard clamp, and creating his own clamping arm design.
