Retractable handles transmit manual operating forces, while their rotating cylindrical handles prevent swiveling or rotating movements from being transmitted back to the handle, such as from handwheels or cranks. The cylindrical grip is also designed to fold in at its attachment point so that it only sticks out during use, making for perfect handling.
